  • (2002) Developed VLTerm Alternative for Multi Platform Support Easy of Administration.
  • (2002) Announced the future release of StarROUTE™, StarTABS™ and WebQUALITY™.
  • (2001) Conceived and developed ONTrack™ to provide real-time agent statistic tracking.
  • (2001) Conceived and began product development on several key Product Initiatives.
  • (2000) Established StarGUIDE™ as a preferred solution for use on the Avaya PDS predictive dialer.
  • (1999) Integrated StarGUIDE™ list processing, script development and report generation facilities with the MOSAIX predictive dialer, improving the ‘back-end’ results of call centers by enhancing agent performance and list management.
  • (1999) Founded Simtrex (www.simtrex.com), a company dedicated to providing the end-user, resellers and distributors with products and services centered about the most effective tool available for training call center agents- StarTrainer™ (also marketed as TALENT™ from Mosaix/Lucent).
  • (1997) Developed StarQUALITY™, a script-driven, digital voice record and playback software product.
